Full of cockroaches we never stayed they opened the door roaches everywhere. We went back to front desk immediately.
They had no supervisor . they said they would refund me next day. January 10, 2026 today is January 24th still no refund now front desk hangs up when I call
We are senior citizens and upon arrival we found out the elevator was not working. We had to climb up 3 flights of stairs to come and go. The pool was not available. I asked if we could be comp a meal for the inconvenience and they would not even do that. The room was dirty. I dropped something under the bed and it looked like has not been cleaned under there in a year. There was mold growing in the shower, the floor mat in the shower was disgusting and moldy. There were bugs that I was killing in the room.
